Dolceskins does shipping via DHL. This costs €3,95 within Europe.

All orders are pre-orders. The reason for this is that all Happy Butters are freshly prepared once the available stock of jars is sold out.​ 

The deadline for pre-orders is a maximum of three weeks from the order date due to high demand. If your order is ready earlier, you will receive a tracking number via email from DHL.​

Sometimes it happens that DHL 
loses a package. 
if this happens you will receive the purchase amount back in a 
gift card.
